Shipping Information
Stock items ordered before 2:00p will be shipped the same day, provided that the item is currently in our inventory. Since we operate both an online and physical retail store, some limited stock may, from time-to-time be out of stock, however we are ordering and manufacturing items daily. Should any of the items you have ordered be out of stock, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department and given an estimated ship date.
In-Stock Stock items ordered after 2:00p will ship the next business day.
Customized items typically take 2-3 days to produce depending upon the number of jobs in the queue. Your product will be shipped according to the method you select as part of the checkout process once production has been completed.
Returns
Contact the Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number before returning a Stock Item. A Return Authorization Number will be issued for Stock Items, provided you request it within 7 days of delivery of your item, according to the method in which you originally paid for the product. Stitches 'n Stuff, LLC will not accept any returns shipped to it without a Return Authorization Number.
Customized Items may not be returned for reasons other than a production error on our part. Stitches 'n Stuff, LLC, at its descrecion, will either replace the item at its cost, or refund the amount paid. Stitches 'n Stuff, LLC's liability is limited solely to the amount of the original purchase.
